Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C15orf54 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C15orf54 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher C15orf54 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C15orf54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and MESO show a favorable association.

SCLC, UVM, and BLCA are the cancer types where C15orf54 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
