Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C10orf95 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 853 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C10orf95-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1D, ZNF207, and AAGAB. Each is linked with C10orf95 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C10orf95-to-partner and partner-to-C10orf95 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C10orf95 versus ATP6V1D in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C10orf95→partner) and Y-score (partner→C10orf95) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
