BUD31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUD31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUD31-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIFKP2, LINC02358, and RNU6-711P. Each is linked with BUD31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD31-to-partner and partner-to-BUD31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIFKP2 grouped by BUD31-low versus BUD31-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUD31→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUD31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
