Across TCGA cell cohorts, BUD31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,291 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BUD31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-serine biosynthetic process, tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis, and Negative regulation of stress granule assembly. Each is linked with BUD31 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD31-to-partner and partner-to-BUD31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L-serine biosynthetic process grouped by BUD31-low versus BUD31-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
