Across TCGA cell cohorts, BUB1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,895 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUB1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Nuclear division. Each is linked with BUB1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB1B-to-partner and partner-to-BUB1B results are reported.
