Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUB1B-PAK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,787 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BUB1B-PAK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translation in response to stress, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with BUB1B-PAK6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB1B-PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-BUB1B-PAK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of translation in response to stress grouped by BUB1B-PAK6-low versus BUB1B-PAK6-high in THYM.
