BTNL8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTNL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,021 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTNL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIM, PMP22, and ST14. Each is linked with BTNL8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTNL8-to-partner and partner-to-BTNL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTNL8 versus VIM in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTNL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTNL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
