Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A3P protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF1, CCDC102B, and RSU1P2. Each is linked with BTN2A3P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A3P-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A3P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN2A3P versus CSTF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
