Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A3P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLF1, SPAG5, and SKA1. Each is linked with BTN2A3P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A3P-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A3P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLF1 grouped by BTN2A3P-low versus BTN2A3P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
