Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,326 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BET1, NPRL2, and STAT1. Each is linked with BTN2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN2A2 versus BET1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.87.
