The most reproducible BTN2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BET1, NPRL2, and STAT1. Each is linked with BTN2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A2 results are reported.
