BTF3P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTF3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,275 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTF3P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P27, RPL5P1, and EEF1A1P4. Each is linked with BTF3P5 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTF3P5-to-partner and partner-to-BTF3P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTF3P5 versus NPM1P27 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTF3P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTF3P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
