Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher BTF3P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.
KICH, CESC, and KIRC are the cancer types where BTF3P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
