Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD9-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,822 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD9-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DUS2, AHNAK2_S842, and PCDH7_S1011. Each is linked with BTBD9-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD9-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD9-AS1 results are reported.
