BTBD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX59, KCNH1, and LRP5. Each is linked with BTBD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD2-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX59 grouped by BTBD2-low versus BTBD2-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
