Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,071 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5CP, GSDMC, and RNA5SP371. Each is linked with BTBD11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD11-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD11 versus PHF5CP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
