Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTBD11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTBD11 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher BTBD11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTBD11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and PAAD show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where BTBD11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
