BRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRIP1 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
