Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD8, AADACL2, and OR52E1. Each is linked with BRD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD9-to-partner and partner-to-BRD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD8 grouped by BRD9-low versus BRD9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
