BRD7P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD7P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD7P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR3, JPT2, and KIF21A. Each is linked with BRD7P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD7P3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD7P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD7P3 versus ACTR3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD7P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD7P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
