Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRD7P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRD7P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher BRD7P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRD7P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LIHC show a favorable association.

LUSC, SKCM, and UVM are the cancer types where BRD7P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
