BRD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP415, and MIR548AL. Each is linked with BRD7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD7-to-partner and partner-to-BRD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by BRD7-low versus BRD7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
