BRD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, eIF4E, and BRCA2. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by BRD3-low versus BRD3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
