BRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,593 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, CDYL, and DAXX. Each is linked with BRD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD2-to-partner and partner-to-BRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
