BRCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, HPGDS, and STOML2. Each is linked with BRCA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCA2-to-partner and partner-to-BRCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 grouped by BRCA2-low versus BRCA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
