Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,380 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication fork processing, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with BRCA2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCA2-to-partner and partner-to-BRCA2 results are reported.
