BRCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,535 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGL, TMEM174, and SLC25A39. Each is linked with BRCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCA2-to-partner and partner-to-BRCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIGL grouped by BRCA2-low versus BRCA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
