BPIFC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BPIFC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BPIFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3193, MYEOV, and PAICSP4. Each is linked with BPIFC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BPIFC-to-partner and partner-to-BPIFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BPIFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BPIFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
