BORCS7-ASMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORCS7-ASMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,655 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORCS7-ASMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA secondary structure unwinding, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Protein localization to ciliary membrane. Each is linked with BORCS7-ASMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORCS7-ASMT-to-partner and partner-to-BORCS7-ASMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORCS7-ASMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORCS7-ASMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
