Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BORCS7-ASMT RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BORCS7-ASMT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher BORCS7-ASMT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BORCS7-ASMT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, ESCA, and UVM are the cancer types where BORCS7-ASMT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
