BORA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BORA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BORA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, MKI67_S357, and OBI1_S210. Each is linked with BORA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BORA-to-partner and partner-to-BORA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BORA versus SMC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BORA→partner) and Y-score (partner→BORA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
