BOLA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,209 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, MCM2, and MCM4_S120. Each is linked with BOLA3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA3-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BOLA3 versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
