BOLA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOLA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,160 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOLA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus, and Regulation of Golgi organization. Each is linked with BOLA2B in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOLA2B-to-partner and partner-to-BOLA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by BOLA2B-low versus BOLA2B-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOLA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOLA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
