BOK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP22-1, C11orf24, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with BOK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-to-partner and partner-to-BOK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP22-1 grouped by BOK-low versus BOK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
