Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BOK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BOK-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPY2, BPY2B, and BPY2C. Each is linked with BOK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-to-partner and partner-to-BOK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPY2 grouped by BOK-low versus BOK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BOK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BOK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
