Across TCGA patient cohorts, BOK-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,968 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BOK-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein neddylation, Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5'. Each is linked with BOK-AS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BOK-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BOK-AS1 results are reported.
