Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BOK-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BOK-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher BOK-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BOK-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

ACC, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where BOK-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
