Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BNIP3P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTCFL, ADGRG7, and CREBBP. Each is linked with BNIP3P6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3P6-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3P6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTCFL grouped by BNIP3P6-low versus BNIP3P6-high in KIRP.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP3P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP3P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
