The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher BNIP3P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BNIP3P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC show a favorable association.
READ, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where BNIP3P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
