BNIP3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BNIP3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,920 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BNIP3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO7, CCDC25, and PPP2CB. Each is linked with BNIP3L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BNIP3L-to-partner and partner-to-BNIP3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3L versus XPO7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BNIP3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BNIP3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
