Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPER-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1064P, RNA5SP411, and COX15. Each is linked with BMPER in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPER-to-partner and partner-to-BMPER results are reported.
