Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMPER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMPER-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, BANF2, and EIF3L. Each is linked with BMPER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPER-to-partner and partner-to-BMPER results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by BMPER-low versus BMPER-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPER→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
