Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP7-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,179 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere organization, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with BMP7-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7-AS1 results are reported.
