BMP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L6, C10orf53, and PHOX2B. Each is linked with BMP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP10-to-partner and partner-to-BMP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTRNR2L6 grouped by BMP10-low versus BMP10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
