BLZF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLZF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLZF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAR, PMVK, and BROX. Each is linked with BLZF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLZF1-to-partner and partner-to-BLZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLZF1 versus ADAR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
