Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLZF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX12, KLHL24, and CCSAP. Each is linked with BLZF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLZF1-to-partner and partner-to-BLZF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLZF1 versus PEX12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
