Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with BLZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLZF1-to-partner and partner-to-BLZF1 results are reported.
