BLZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BLZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, KRT71, and SFT2D3. Each is linked with BLZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLZF1-to-partner and partner-to-BLZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by BLZF1-low versus BLZF1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
