Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,256 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLOC1S4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LETM1, ACOX3, and DHX15. Each is linked with BLOC1S4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S4-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S4 results are reported.
