BLK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, RLN3, and OR4X2. Each is linked with BLK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLK-to-partner and partner-to-BLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by BLK-low versus BLK-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
