BIRC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,662 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2B, LRP1, and TNRC6C. Each is linked with BIRC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC6-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B grouped by BIRC6-low versus BIRC6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
